Blackberry Priv now available from Verizon

If you’ve been waiting for the Android-powered Blackberry to arrive at big Red, your wait is now over. Verizon is offering the Blackberry Priv for the full retail price of $720 or $30 per month for a period of 24 monthly payments.

The Blackberry Priv is Blackberry’s first comeback out of a ditch it dug itself in. It features a 5.4 inch 1440p display, Snapdragon 808 Hexa-core processor, 18MP camera, 3GB of RAM, and a 3410mAh battery. The phone also features a display that slides up to reveal a physical QWERTY keyboard, the same kind that Blackberry has pioneered into its own hardware for years.

NADRA Makes a Substantial Reducation in Smart ID Card Fees

The fee for the Smart National Identity Card (SNIC) has been decreased by NADRA. Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar, has ordered the authority to reduce the fees for the smart ID cards substantially, we have learned. Smart National Identity Card The smart ID card contains  a QR code for easier and faster identification as well as a data chip with 36 security features which makes it one of the most secure cards in the world. Sindh Microfinance Bank Allowed To Kick Off Operations

Sindh Microfinance Bank Limited has been allowed to start its microfinance banking business at provincial level in Sindh after a licence was awarded to its management for meeting paid-up capital requirement of Rs 750 million. As per plan, the microfinance bank status will be elevated to national level from provincial level within next one to two years with the enhanced  performance and subsequent regulatory approval.
